I think it’s funny how no one else has so far become so big a super star as carrie (As Kelly Clarkson came before her she isn’t included in that statement). Yeah, Daughtry (even though he technically didn’t win), Cook, Allen, even Lambert are all big hits, carrie is the only one who consistently wins awards and tops charts (though in all fairness, Allen/Lambert only finished their season a year ago). Idol is starting to lose its tough I feel.

i’ve watched her winning moment for like 20x already? but it still gives me goosebumps every time! when she said thank you so much and she almost cried, it sounded sooo genuine… carrie is the best! after season 4, i don’t think american idol produced another wonderful performer/artist. KELLY and CARRIE are the only real IDOLS…
